Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of SellFlow, operated by SELLFLOW VENTURES ("SellFlow," "we," "us"). SellFlow provides a hosted link-in-bio storefront, a public checkout and lead-capture experience for buyers, and a mobile application for sellers. By creating an account, accessing a storefront, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a seller account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or are used in violation of these Terms.

2. The Service

SellFlow is a software-as-a-service tool. For sellers, we provide storefront hosting, product and listing management, order and lead capture, buyer messaging via WhatsApp deep links, analytics, appointment/inquiry capture, reviews, and optional custom domains. For buyers, we provide a public storefront and a checkout or booking form that transmits order and contact details to the relevant seller.

SellFlow is a facilitation and hosting platform. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller, we are not the merchant of record for seller sales, and we do not take custody of goods.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for their storefronts and everything transacted through them, including product accuracy, pricing, taxes, availability, digital and physical delivery, order fulfillment, appointments, refunds, warranties, and customer support. Sellers must comply with all laws applicable to their business and their customers, including consumer-protection, tax, distance-selling, and product-safety laws in every jurisdiction they sell to. Sellers must honor the representations they make on their storefronts.

4. Buyer Transactions and Payments

SellFlow is not a payment processor and does not hold funds for seller sales. Payments for seller products — whether cash on delivery, bank transfer, mobile money, or a manual payment request — are arranged and settled directly between the buyer and the seller. Any dispute regarding a product, delivery, appointment, refund, or payment for a seller sale is between the buyer and that seller. SellFlow is not liable for such disputes but may, at its discretion, provide order records to assist resolution.

5. Pricing, Subscriptions and Billing

SellFlow is currently free.Everything SellFlow offers today is available at no cost, and we do not sell paid plans. The SellFlow mobile app is free to download and use, and contains no in-app purchases and no advertising. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will announce pricing in advance, the free service will not be removed without reasonable notice, and any purchase made inside the mobile app will use the app store's own billing system where its rules require it.

Sellers who bought a paid plan on our website before SellFlow became free keep it until it ends or they cancel. Those subscriptions are billed by our merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy or Paddle), and their cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Deleting your account cancels any such subscription automatically.

6. Acceptable Use

Your use of SellFlow is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not list or sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen, fraudulent, adult-exploitative, weapon-related, or otherwise prohibited goods and services, and you may not use the platform to infringe intellectual property, send spam, or harm others. We may suspend or remove any storefront, listing, or account that violates that policy.

7. Intellectual Property

SellFlow and its underlying software, design, and brand are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload (product images, descriptions, logos), and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, resize, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote your storefront and the platform. You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload.

8. Third-Party Services

The platform relies on third-party providers, including Firebase (hosting and data), Vercel (hosting and custom domains), Lemon Squeezy (billing), Resend (email), and WhatsApp (buyer messaging). Your use of features that depend on these services may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

9. Termination

You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, legal risk, or abuse. On termination, your right to use the platform ends; certain records (such as order documents) may be retained as required by law. Data deletion is handled per our Data Deletion process.

10. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any seller or buyer will perform their obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SellFlow harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your storefront, your listings, your transactions with buyers or sellers, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the SellFlow operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us before pursuing formal proceedings.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the platform.
